Registration for the 2009 MWCA Regional Conference now open. Individuals participating in the conference can register through their MWCA Profile. Presenters must register for the conference by September 15, 2009, in order to have their names included in the written program. Deadlines and fees related to conference registration are listed below.

Early Bird registration deadline for conference (deadline for listing in the program).
Registration deadline for pre-conference workshops and post-conference bus tours. |
| September 22: |
Deadline for reserving hotel rooms at conference rates.

| October 9: |
Deadline for postmarked registration fees; later payments must be made in person (cash or check only). |

Registration fees for conference and workshops cancelled prior to October 15 will be fully refunded. No refunds after this date.
Due to contractual obligations, refunds of registration fees for bus tours cannot be guaranteed.
Also, please recall that conference participants must be current members of MWCA and that MWCA memberships coincide with the calendar year. New memberships and renewals may also be acquired through the MWCA Profile site.

Although you will be able register online through the MWCA Profile, you will not be able make online payments. Payment must be by check. Instructions for payment will be provided as part of the registration process.
