The Fall 2009 meeting of the North Central Section of the Mathematical Association of America will be held October 23-24 at the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, North Dakota.

Driving Directions
The two principal routes into Grand Forks are Interstate 29 (north to south) and US Highway 2 (east to west).
- If arriving on I-29: The meeting location is near the Demers Ave exit. Head east upon exiting, and travel about 1 block to 42nd St. Turn left. You should now see an overhead walkway with "University of North Dakota" on it. This walkway connects the buildings in which the meeting will be held. Clifford Hall is to the right (turn onto University Ave), and Skaliky Hall is to the left (turn onto James Ray Dr).
- If arriving on US Highway 2: Just to the east of the US Highway 2/I-29 intersection is the US Highway 2/42nd St intersection. Turn south on 42nd St and travel approximately 10 blocks. You will see an overhead walkway with "University of North Dakota" on it. This walkway connects the buildings in which the meeting will be held. Clifford Hall is to the left (turn onto University Ave), and Skaliky Hall is to the right (turn onto James Ray Dr).

- The default vantage point for this map does not include the meeting location. To see that part of campus, use the drag feature to view the western part of campus. For reference, the meeting locations straddle north forty-second street.
Parking
- If staying at the Hilton Garden Inn, all meeting rooms can be accessed via the overhead walkways that are connected to the hotel. For the invited talks this will require a walk of a block or so through the walkways. If a shorter walk is desirable/necessary, then parking will be available in the lot adjacent to Clifford Hall. No parking tag/permit will be necessary in either case.
- If staying elsewhere, signs will direct you to the lot immediately to the west of Skaliky Hall. Parking in this lot will give easy access to the Section NExT activities, the Friday evening reception, and the Saturday lunch. It will also be possible to walk to the location of the talks through the overhead walkways that connect Skaliky Hall to Clifford Hall. As with those staying at the Hilton Garden Inn, parking will also be available in the lot adjacent to Clifford Hall if a shorter walk is desired. No parking tag/permit is necessary when parking in either of these lots.
