Paul Zorn is a professor of mathematics at Saint Olaf College.
Born and raised in India, he was an undergraduate at Washington University in Saint Louis, and did his PhD, in several complex variables, at the University of Washington, in Seattle.
He was Editor of Mathematics Magazine, an MAA journal, from 1996 to 2000, and has served on various MAA committees over the years. At present he chairs the MAA Council on Publications.
Outside of work hours he likes travel, the arts, and golf. He and his wife, Janet, have two grown daughters, both named for Austen heroines.
